typhoon Sinlaku striked Taiwan

This video is about a typhoon named Sinlaku which stroked Taiwan and consequence it did. For example people die, injure, agricultural losses in this natural disaster, and etc.
I think those accident can be avoided. As long as people do protect, it can reduce this kind of disaster. For instance, we grow some trees in mountains not betel nuts, and don't go outside when the heavy rain falls. And the most important is do not watch waves beside shores. It is dangerous and it may decrease polices' spirit and safety.
In my opinion, those kind of accidents can't blame anyone. Because this is our earth, our country, our home. So we are supposed to protect it by ourselves.
