Group 12 Drug addiction

Their theme is about some people are indulging in drug. And once you get in touch with drug, you will bounded by it for good. According to law in Taiwan, people who touch drug will be executed and imprisoned.

PSA background music is very fitting and fearful with those a little funny but very scerious pitures. Besides, the actor is very vividly, no matter using drug or hanging herself!!! What's more, slogans such as ''taking drug is the same as commit suicide'', and ''don't let drug control and destroy you.'' I was touched that I wouldn't want to touch drugs if I were curious about it.

Think before you are going to touch drug and just say "no" bravely, it'll change your life for good.

Group 11 Animal Abuse

Group 11 is talking that animals are treated badly every where. Some people regard it as an interest, it's a kind of morbidity. Hence, we have to stop and report by calling 119 or the hot line 87897158.

They use some terrifying pictures on their PSA. Maybe it has a little persuasive, but I think it would not be fitting if govornment put it on TV. For example, a cat was hanged may scare child.

As I know, some people shave animals' fur for fun, others hit them. It's too many events to be listed. What's worse, the animal owns catch their ears is also an abuse. Fortunately, Taiwanese has policies to punish crimals who abuse animals. They will be not only penalty for 10 thousand to 50 thousand but also put their name and portrait in newspaper and news programs. They deserve it!

Group 10 Political Rifts

This is a really excellent job and very suitable for TV advertisement. Their theme is discussing about political parties conflicts in Taiwan. They always have quarrel in pubilc through media. What a shame! Thus group ten has thought a slogan "PEACE" for our community. P for peace and patience to be a good listener. E for endurance, just like patience. A for acceptance, politicals have to gather vary kinds of citizens' opinions for refenrence. C for cooperation, one and one bigger than two. And E for equality, race equality cannot look down on people who are different from us. What's more, background music impressed me by its soft and light forms, very comfortable and relaxed.

I don't understand why Taiwan politic parties are alway arguing each other. However, if they were saw this PSA, I believe they would become calm and shake hands to accept each other!

All in all, I like group ten's PSA project. I think they must spend many time on it! The sounds of narrator is super speical and great! Well done!!

Group 9 Domestic Violence

Group 9 had done a good job!!! Their theme is about the violence happen in one's home. We can save ourselves from tears and fear by saying no, running away quickly, calling the police immediately as well as the protection hotline-113.

Their cosmetic with black scene looks very like real bruise!! What's more, the sound effects can lead audience to sadness and reflection, criminals may feel guilty perhaps! All in all, the government can consider puting this vedio as real advertisment in my point of view.

One of their print ads use the actress who was hitted and bruised. The other use themselves with strong position. Both of them are able to courage victims and let crimials feel guilty!

Domestic violence not only happen on women/men but also child. It causes spotted after they got this. This may happen generation after generation becuse the victims may feel imbalance while they have own kids. Thus, people around the world have to avoid this for good! It's only advantage.

Group 8 Anti- Abrotion

This group 8 telling us that there has 6 fetuses been slaughter per second. "Is the baby's freedom agantist a mother's right", this sentence impress me! Expecially they use "Freedom v.s Right" form, it's a kind of power can persuade audiences. "Silent howl", though we can't hear they cry, the kids still have right to live. Don't thake away their lives!

Aborting seems more and more common. Because there are more and more teenages pregnant. Parenets' against, boys don't take responsibilities or even the girls they don't know who the father is, forced those weak and innocent life to die before they haven't seen this beautiful world yet. How cruel it is! They want to against ,they want to howl, but what can they do while they still in mother's belly? Poor innocent children. We have to think twice before doing it. Abortion is not only kill a live but harm women themselves.

Their print ads are cool, expecially one has a gun pointed a baby, cruel but reality.
There are plenty of pictures about real aborted child. How terrifyingly!!

Group 7 Low Morality

Group 7 is telling us that some particular person are spitting, littering, piping etc on public. It's a low morality behavior and seems to show that people are very dirty in this country. The members in this group think this is a shamful deeds. Thus, we have to report they by calling 07-7351500 and http://www.kscep.gov.tw/ . Let's make our country become beautiful.

As far as I know, people in Singapore who throw the garbage will get punishment as well as in Japan, they regrad trush as goldon because it can be recycled. However, in Taiwan, people always throw gargage such as drinking cups or chewing gun every where, every time! This behaviors make our country dirty and a mess. It's a joke said that a foreigner came to Taiwan and saw a taxi driver spewed red liquid, and then he said "Wow, how hard Taiwanese are. They spew blood!" However, it was palm nut leftover. How disgusting it is. Hence, for our brave new city, next time while we see litters on the ground, we can just pick it up and throw into trushcan!

One of their print ad which has a dog and eating something, I don't understand what they want to present.

Group 6 Global Warming

(Because our Earth will be hatter and hatter! Indeed, we have C-string now but it's just for sexy.)

Group 6 is discussing about global warming and the solutions. The climate has been changing a lot, glacier melt as well as the sea level has risen are all results of global warming.

I think their background music is very brisk, and let me feel relax. I also like their PSA TV ad's taking skills. For example, a student leave without turning off the fans and lights, then the lens take up. Besides, "pollution, pollution, pollution. Do you have any solution?" I like this slogan which is very catchy! It's a rhyme-"tion". What's more, their solutions are also very creative! However, while the boy is trying to open the car door, it's a kind of stealing car (hahaha). Yes, Taiwan is the country which has the most motorcycles around the world. It causes not only air pollution but global warming , because motorcycle's smokes bring about O3. Riding bicycle can reduce this kinds of pollution as well as exercise. At the end "Creat A Brave World" touch me! We had just learnt that from Shakespeare. It means "A Beautiful World". Acutally, no one wants to live in a dirty place! Thus, save our earth from you!

I had seen a movie called "The Day After Tomorrow". It was impressed me! Sea level risen and frozen city. The city we live now, may happen one day if we don't save it from now on!

Group 5 Child abuse

↑ good present skill impresses me!





Group 5 is talking about fearful fact that Taiwan has every 70 hrs can a child be fighted from abuse. And all they need is just an endless love!


I agree that their print TV ad said in the beginning "Every child is the gift from heaven." My own PSA project is talking about "Pro-Natalist". Therefore, I know that how important and treasure every child is. There are less and less children be borne in Taiwan nowadays. However it has been abusing little by little. How's going on with our society !!!!!? Fortunately, the government had created a phone number"113" for those kind of families. Let's against those people who fight and abuse kids! They are not qualified as father or mother!


I know that their background music had be critical, because they use korean music without understanding its meaning. However it's one of my favorite songs from a korean soap opera. While they played the veido, I couldn't hear what they said but music. Ahahaha. But one of reasons is that the music is too loud!

Group 4 Use of Helmet

Group four is telling us that how important to wear helmet while we are driving a car or motorcycle. More than 90% of people died from car accident without helmet, it's a terrible statistic. Besides, people also think that wear helmet may ruin their hair style. What's worse, riding bicycle are getting popular recently, and people are almost ignoring to wear it!


In the beginng, they record the sounds of motocycles and Bomb sound by themselves. I think it's in a cute and funny way. I also like their print ads which characters are themselves.


While I was a high school student, school were claimed that people who ride bicycle to go to school had to wear helmet, and I am not exception. However, I didn't obey school's rule. Though, I was safe at that time, we can't predict what will we happen next time. Thus, I suggest that no matter you are rider or taken, we all should wear helmet to protect ourselves!


Furthermore, althouth helmet may cause our hairs to flat, riders can also drow some pictures in their helmet. It can still look cool ! It's too late to regret after you got tickets or injured.

Group 3 Pro-Natalist

This is our group, we didn't notice that we couldn't use westen pictures on our PSA projects no matter in Print ads or viedo. And we chooes this topic because there are more and more Taiwanese married couples don't want to have children. The reasons are economy problem, they don't have time to take good care of them, and so on. I am not sure wether we had persuade audience to give a birth or not, I think we did our best at least. By the way, I was one of the actor. haha.

This was my picture while I was groth few months. And another one was my elder sis. I believe that I might bring some troublesome things to bother my parents but I also believe that my mother woundn't regret birthing and raising me. Because children can make parents' life more happier!

Group 2 Teenage Pregnancy

Group two is tell us to avoid having children before got married. There are about 860 hundred teenages get pregnant each year, and it may destroy their life. Besides, it's very hard for teenages to raise child by themselves.

In my point of view, I think their PSA has a little atmosphere of serious. However, I like the end of their viedo " You are not alone." by everyone. While I had heard this, a warm feeling rise. Not because I am alone! It's because if I were a teenage pregnant, I would panic. And as long as I see this slogn, the foundation, phone number, and also the website, I will really feel clam and sweet! Thus, though they may have a little serious, they did a great job!

group 1 Anti-Fraud

This group is telling us about not to transfer money to the person who is not with normal mind. In fact, if I were Tony, I won't believe that phone call. Not because that I don't have join Artist Companym, but the money he won is too large and why he has a beautiful lady to company with are the details that I won't be deceived. I like the scene that while Tony is using ATM and a girl come out to stop him. I think there are more and more people no matter young or old they may be deceived by strangers. And we need the person like her to save our life! Besides, Group one also provides how to avoid this situation by "RRS"- Recognize, Report and Stop. Also, rising our alert is very important. Luck to say, I haven't have this kind of experiences to share.
